Installationshjälp?

Kan någon vara bussig och översätta detta + förklara på ett enkelt sätt vad det innebär.
Utgå från att jag inte begriper något alls.

Jag kanske borde skriva vad jag vill ha hjälp med:

Installation:
1. Extract the zip file to a temporary folder.
2. Move the sj_ra and pass40 folders to your TRAINS\TRAINSET folder.
3. Open up the consist editor and add the lokomotive and cars where you like.

(framförallt 3,an. Vad är consist editor?)

1. Extrahera *.zip filen till en tillfällig mapp (t ex: Mina tåg)detta gör du med WinZip finns på http://www.winzip.com och http://download.com

2. Flytta mapparna sj_ra och pass40 till din TRAINSET mapp (hittar du i C:/Program/Microsoft Games/Trains/Trainset(mappen) (om du inte har några partitioner annars sätter du bokstaven på den partitionen där du har train-sim installerad på t ex: Z:/...) )
