The best route is KMJ3.1 and you can find at our download section.
It has a very detailed landscape and works good with all swedish trains...
On the first question there's a route built(Inlandsbanan) but not anyone planned as i know. Except for "Inlandsbanan" and the route called "Denmark"(a little bit of sweden is made also) there are no "real" swedish routes.
