The two sections are not supposed to be that close as in the MSTS picture on El.12. At least not today, just in the very beginning (1950's). Only on the Dm/Dm3 the sections are supposed to be that close to each other.

Look here

Here you can see the "normal" gap between the sections

He has done just right, and it looks very good

Fantastic model!
NSB added buffers so that they could make two 3-unit locomotives from three 2-unit locomotives.
This was in order to meet increasing train weights.
The same method had been used by both NSB and SJ on older locomotives also.
SJ and NSB choose different paths on EL12/Dm as SJ instead ordered new cabin less units type Dm3 to use with the older Dm units.

It's is hard coming up with new expressions of appreciation!
With the old Dm you are very close to making the SJ/MTAB litt Da also.
Worktrain locomotive on Malmbanan stationed in Kiruna.

(And as it happens also a common locomotive in the rest of Sweden)

Hardly enough time between each new master piece to even be able to sneak in a few words of appreciation Wunderbar!

Have to agree with Mawkish, one master piece after another almost coming out on a conveyor belt. How do you do it ?

It look truly amazing! What a nice job you have done!
When I look at the screenshots I really get's the right "feeling" that it is a Da!
