Consist editor
Nu har det tagits fram en concist editor till Tsw. Men är väl inte super enkelt att använda Men det är ju bara version 1 på den.
Länk Länk youtube video 1 Länk Youtube video 2 It's been over a year since I released modifications for Train Sim World and I find new and new things. I was very inspired by the stream from the first example of the editor. At that time, DTG did not keep its promise and did not publish the entire editor. I laughed and started working on my own. And because the DTG editor was completely canceled, I decided to gradually publish my work. Don't expect any miracles, the first version includes a formation editor. You need to know that you can't edit existing formations, but you can create formations with the same name, which you can then replace. It is important to completely extract the .pak files and follow the complete structure when creating formations. You will need Unreal Engine 4 and your project to function properly. Extract the file into your project (there should be a Plugins folder). Once launched, you will find the formation editor in the item Miscelaneous -> DataAsset -> TrainFormation. To fill the formation file correctly, you will need RVD files that you create the same, but instead of TrainFormation you choose RailVehicleDefinition (the file will be empty and will only be used to link the original RVD or another formation file). Likewise, if you want to transport cargo, then you must create a CargoAsset (costs are stored in the Core game). It is important to really follow the directory structure and especially the same formation names. Furthermore, it is necessary to observe the lengths of the formations otherwise they will not be displayed correctly. In the finale, put in the Launch editor, everything will be cooked and it's almost ready to use. In the end, you have to create another .pak file ... To create the file, use u4pak or unrealpak. It is important to copy only formation files ... not the RVD and Cargo files !! I'm not saying that the whole work is simple, but if someone manages to create modifications, then this will be a breeze Enjoy the first version of this editor (it must be said that DTG is constantly updating the formation files, this is not the latest version, and in the planning scenario). |
