ScaleRail installation package for a Sweden route add-on of Microsoft Train Simulator

Recently, I need to run an electrified railway route add-on made by a Swede in Microsoft Train Simulator programs, but its builder/creator/author/producer tells me that it needs the necessary support for the basic component route add-on installation package such as ScaleRail Track System(it should be made by 3DTrains website, a very famous trains add-on developers team for Microsoft Train Simulator or it is deeply known as its trains add-on for Microsoft Train Simulator), but its earliest original downloading website, and its URL is: www.3DTrains.com (namely http://www.3dtrains.com/downloads/scalerail/) is no longer available or in an invalid state for a very long time somehow, and it is difficult to find out this original installation software/programs source package elsewhere. Please kindly provide this necessary route add-on installation package here/So I wish you can provide an available downloading website link (or such a necessary route add-on track system installation package itself here) of such a necessary route add-on track system installation package here.
