Hello

If you have trouble with the IORE and you can ask in english i`am glad to help you. Didnt understand all that, but error message an .eng file i see.

Iam sorry, i didnt know that there is already a IORE Model, this one was build by a wrongly understood inquire of someone from Danemark. I think he was from Sweden and we didnt find anything about a swedish 101, exapt the IORE.
Is there already a model of the Iron ore Wagons ? If not, i do.

Hello MAdmike. I have made Iore for msts and the Uadp ore cars. But you have made Iore in Gmax or 3d studio?? Maybe you can export it to Trainz istead?? I think many people want it for Trainz to..

And your model is very fine to Msts to..

Not more information ? mhh... If you follow the instructions in the readme.txt file it should work. Look that you use the right folder, that you have put all files into the right folder, that the Acela is installed and that you have copied the /Cabview folder from the Acela folder to the IORE folder. ( trains/trainset/iore/cabview )

I work with the old 3D Studio for DOS Version. So i have .3ds files. I know someone who translate msts locos into trainz locos, i can ask him. Thanks by the way...

Thank´s for a great model of IORE <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>, i have one question !!!. Is it possible that you can lower the height on the pantographs ??.
The reason is that we have a wireheigt of 6.0 meters here in Sweden<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>.
Wolud be nice to if you could build some moore Iron ore wagons, at this link you will see the Uaano wagons (prototype pictures from 99) but the page is in swedish http://hem.spray.se/plf66/vagnar/god...gnar-nya1.html

Have any of you had any problems when operating the IORE with the UNO hoppers from the Litt. Dm package? I built a consist of the IORE double unit and 50 UNO hoppers, and while I could get the train moving without any problems, when I tried applying the brakes to slow down nothing happened at all. I edited the WAG files in order to give the hoppers twin brake pipes, but it seems as if that alone did not help.

Well, I did some additional trial runs, and found that the brakes do actually work - however, it does take quite some time to slow down a train weighing over 6,000 tons. Thinking about the matter, I believe that this behaviour is, in fact, rather realistic. Judging from my observations, I tend to believe that you will have to expect an average braking distance of about 3 kilometers to slow down a consist of an IORE double unit and fifty UNO hoppers from a velocity of 60 kph to a complete stop. In any case, I just built a simple activity to check out this engine even more thoroughly, and will report back if I should make any significant additional observations.

Maybe I've just been spoiled by the trains I used to drive in TS so far so that I could not immediately appreciate the accurate physics of Michael's IORE <img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle> ...
